Start times: Afternoon meetings start at 1:30 pm. Evening meetings start at 7:30 pm.
Location: We meet at the Circle Drive Alliance Church that is on Preston Ave., just south of Circle Drive. There will be a Saskatoon Quilters’ Guild sign outside the main doors to the Church. Come through the front doors, turn to your right, and you will see the Membership table. Guests are welcome at SQG Meetings.
Please let the staff at the membership table know that you are a guest. Guests visiting the guild meetings are allowed two free visits prior to becoming a member. Guests must pay an entrance fee when a special guest is presenting.
Our meetings are scent-free. Please do not wear perfumes and other scented-items when you attend the meetings. Some of our members have severe allergies.
Coffee & Snacks
Coffee is no longer being made for regular meetings as demand has fallen very low, but hot water for tea will be provided. Please bring your own cup. There will be coffee made for special occasions like the Christmas and June potlucks.
Instructions for making coffee with the 55-cup coffee-maker can be found in the guild’s cupboard, and a pdf can be found on the Members’ page of the website after you log in.
2016-2017 “Changes Through Time” Block of the Month
Blocks were presented on the last evening meeting in 2016: Sept, Oct, Nov, and 2017: Jan, Feb, and March. Block directions include a traditional version and ‘Changes’ to give it a Modern revision.
This block of the month was hosted by the Evening Program Committee.
