The Guild meets twice a month on Mondays from September to June at Circle Drive Alliance Church on the southeast corner of Preston Avenue and Circle Drive. Watch for directional signs at the church indicating the location of the meeting room.

  • Sarah Sanduliak from Saskatoon presented a one-day workshop on double wedding ring quilts.
  • Kathy Tanner from Harmony Hand Dyes in Tisdale presented a one-day workshop on discharging colour from fabric.

2008 Saskatchewan quilt shows

June 13-14 Humboldt Stitching through Time

Presented by the Prairie Patchworkers Quilters' Guild (Humboldt).
Humboldt Mall, Fri 10-4 and Sat 10-4.
Besides the quilt display we will have viewer’s choice, a featured quilter.
Admission is $3.00.

June 20-22 Shellbrook World of Threads Festival

Artists and craftspeople from the Shellbrook town and area invite you to their annual Art Tour. The tour kicks off Friday, June 20, 8 pm, 3 km North of Shellbrook at Riverview Arts with the Prince Albert Pipe Band evoking the blues and greens from a pottery pit fire. There is ample space for spectators to sit. (Bring your own lawn chair OR use those provided.) The visits to art studios commence Saturday, June 21st, and Sunday, June 22nd, from 10 am to 5 pm. 2009 Quilt Show Oct. 23-24, 2009

The 2009 Quilt Show Committee is looking for someone with advanced computer skills to carry out such responsibilities as designing the show booklet, creative design and layout of posters, brochures and any printed materials related to the show.
