String quilt by (I think) Vi Weber, influenced by Evelyn Sloppy's book that has forty scrappy patterns in it.
Close-up of a Yellow Brick Road done in yellow and blue.
Cowboy quilt by Lynn Libke.
Red, white and blue quilt. The top was donated.
Crumb quilt. This one was a result of our "Crumby Sewing Day" a Saturday get together at All Saints’ Church. The blocks are just side by each. I believe Vi Weber set it together.
Close-up of a Star Fling, an Atkinson's pattern. Sandy Cook , with some help from Dorothy Boran, completed this top.
The first quilt in blue (the other colours around it are other quilts) was made by Lynn Libke. The original block was shown on a website of a fabric company, as a wall hanging. Lynn made more blocks, and made it into a larger quilt. The animal fabric was the inspiration, and we have received this one as a donation a few times!
Strippy quilt with lightning setting. This was started by Sandy Cook as a demo for a triangle class. Later Hazel worked on it and put the top together. The blocks weren't too inspiring at first, but it really turned out well.
Crumb quilt, made completely by Cathy Burris. She brought it right to the show, and we quickly found a place to hang it. This was her first attempt at crumbs.
Purple Sampler. This one came in completed just before the show.
Ice Cream Cones. Joan Acorn made and donated this cute one.
